Madrid is such a dynamic and diverse city, a place to engage the world and its complexity. And this understanding is a key part of your education.
Whgat I like the most from Madrid is the history of the parks, the statues, the food, everything.
It's definitely the people. I've had the chance of meeting so many diverse and unique people, it's just been such a wonderful experience.
Madrid offers a huge range of cultural and entertainment options. A city full of top museums, theaters, and parks, such as El Retiro, an immense park to take your mind off city life and just relax. Tons of places for students and young people to meet for coffee, tapas, hang out with friends, and enjoy its vibrant nightlife. Getting around the city by bus or metro is super easy and convenient. As well as secure. It is one of the safest cities in Europe.
Transport around the city is much easier than anywhere in America because transport, the Metro, buses are really affordable. And there are options for like private car hire. You can rent a car or like rent a scooter or even a bike to get around.
Madrid brings together people from other parts of Spain and also from around the world. It is such a diverse, respectful and inclusive place, bursting with energy that will go beyond your expectations.
Interact with new people and learn things from those people that I wouldn't have been able to know and learn about if I stayed in my own country.
It's located right in the center of Spain, easily connected to the rest of the country and a quick flight to other European capital cities.
I prefer living in Madrid because it's a more cost effective option. And I prefer the culture here in Spain.
Madrid is pretty amazing. And you get to know it well during your time here. But it's just one of Spain's many treasures. The country is filled with cities and towns where you can explore centuries of rich history and culture.
